In this letter we are presenting an outstanding HR project “T-Home”
implemented by Deutsche Telekom, the biggest telecommunication company in Europe.

Their project was one of the previous participants in the SAVE nomination at WOW!HR Award.

“T-Home” allowed the company to transit employees to a remote work format providing most comfortable working conditions.

What did they do?

- transferred most corporate events to an online format, that almost recreated usual office life in virtual space
- introduced a competition for employees using social networks like Instagram and VK
- used corporate mailing to announce various activities important for healthy working atmosphere (challenges, workshops, top managers’ vlogs etc.).

What were the results?

According to a survey conducted among company’s employees satisfaction level and incorporate life involvement rate increased by 30%!

The main feature of the project was constant feedback from company employees that helped Deutsche Telekom hit the mark and remain effective while working remotely.
